Wim Hof Method Fundamentals – Week 8, 9, 10 Review Coming Soon

Sad news, friends!

I ran out of space in my life to write the last three weeks of Wim Hof Method Fundamentals reviews.

Short version – I loved it and am doing the whole 10 weeks (with a few friends!) again in 2019.

(And will update my notes for the first seven weeks with any new experiences/observations as well as write complete reviews of weeks 8, 9, and 10 this time around.)

Longer version – I went from a temperate rain forest to the American desert to high elevation in Peru during the last few weeks of the training.   I had to cobble together lots of stop-gap solutions to be able to do all the little pieces of the training.   It was really interesting to finish breathing at high elevation, since problems with Wim Hof breathing not working at high elevation is what set me on the path to actually obtaining and doing the fundamentals course.

The only thing I can think to add here is that about two months after we finished the original 10 weeks, one of my accountability partners started getting a weird skin thing from never, ever taking hot showers.   Basically, he never opened up his follicles with hot water, and it caused a rash. (He didn’t do anything but cold-shower for months and months and months.   Since I still took hot showers a few times a week, I didn’t experience this problem.)

You check out my  week 1,  week 2,  week 3,  week 4,  week 5, week 6, and week 7  experiences.   Weeks 8, 9, and 10 coming later in 2019!

Happy Wim Hoffing! 🙂

Want to do the Wim Hof Course?!

If you’re grateful that I didn’t just take my Wim Hof benefits and keep them to myself, and you think you’re going to give the Wim Hof Fundamentals Course a try, I’d really appreciate you using any of the course links  on this page.

It doesn’t cost you anything more.   Instead of keeping your whole purchase to themselves, the Wim Hof people will give me a little “thanks for spending hours of your time writing about your experience” funding.

At the end of the day, I have spent hours writing about my Wim Hof experience, because I love helping people.   If I can unlock a self-improvement opportunity for someone else by  spending hours in front of a screen, I will. (Wait… now that I’m “saying” this, it sounds kind of crazy.   But… I guess I am crazy!)

Here’s more about my blogging ethos.
